In order to guarantee that each font driver file retains its icon, companies such as Adobe include icon information with every font driver file they produce. This increases the time it takes to rebuild the desktop or open a folder containing many font drivers. Using the accompanying program, DeBNDLer 1.1, you can remove this extra font information. This icon vault then ‘adds back’ the icons, in a disk- and memory-efficient way.
